The network consists of three partner universities, all of which are located in coastal regions and command well-reputed institutes of climate research and teaching: the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, South Africa and the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, Germany.
